Your coordinator will be the first to arrive and the last to leave. We manage the timeline, guide vendors, cue events, fix anything that goes off track, and support you, your wedding party, and your families all day long. It’s like having a wedding bestie with a clipboard who knows your vision inside and out.
Yes! A venue coordinator works for the venue; we work for you. We focus on your entire day, not just the venue logistics—everything from the moment you wake up until the last song plays.
While I’ll be your main point of contact throughout the planning process, I work with an amazing team of trained Lead and Assistant Coordinators who help execute everything on site for wedding days. Either myself or one of my trusted team members will be there on the day of your wedding, depending on availability. You’ll be introduced to your dedicated Day-of-Lead a few weeks before your wedding, and they’ll be fully briefed on every detail we’ve planned together.
Yes! We have a curated list of trusted vendors and will happily recommend partners who align with your vision and budget.
We recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured to ensure availability and to get the most out of your planning experience.
