Our Wedding Coordination service is designed for couples and event hosts who have planned most of their event but want professional support and guidance in the final weeks leading up to the big day. With this service, we step in to fine-tune your plans, ensure everything is organized, and take the stress out of the final countdown, so you can enjoy the lead-up to your celebration with peace of mind.

• Package begins 8-10 weeks before your event.

• Wedding day timeline creation

• Floor plan creation assistance

• Vendor & wedding day management

• Three wedding logistics meetings

• Preferred vendor list access

• 30 min virtual introductory meeting with lead coordinator

• Collection of vendor COI’s & required documents

• Unlimited email communication

• Access to wedding day emergency kit

• Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination

• Two coordinators on-site: lead and assistant

• Set up and tear down of personal decor (welcome table, signage and special details)

Important notes/details

• Travel fees outside of 50 miles from Redlands will apply

• Any event with over 2 hours of travel will require an overnight hotel stay

• Events under 150 guests include one lead and one assistant coordinator, any events over 150 guests will require additional assistants
